1. Scope of Services

Dekopartner provides online rental services for expo-related equipment, including but not limited to:

• Exhibition booths
• Furniture
• LED panels
• Audio equipment
• Printed materials

2. Account Registration

To place an order, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Passwords are securely hashed and not accessible to anyone.

3. Orders and Invoicing

When you place an order:

• We generate a proforma invoice using the billing information you provide.
• This invoice is sent to KFA Fuarcılık, who processes your payment. (www.kfa.com.tr)
• Once payment is confirmed, your rental will be scheduled and confirmed via email.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are not handled directly by Dekopartner. All payments are processed by KFA Fuarcılık. You agree that we are not responsible for any delays or issues in payment processing.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

All orders are final and non-refundable. Once an order is placed, customers are obligated to pay the full amount to KFA Fuarcılık, regardless of any circumstances including but not limited to inability to attend the exhibition, natural events, or any other reasons. No cancellations or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Use the platform lawfully
• Return rented equipment in original condition

Damage, loss, or late returns may incur additional fees.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dekopartner is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental in question.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
